All Items Are Made To Order And Will Ship In Approximately 2-3 Weeks.  

A Shipping Notification Will Be Sent With Tracking Details For All Orders.

Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You will also need the Order Number as proof of purchase. 

To request a return, please contact us at twistedfabrik@mail. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package along with a return shipping label. * Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Once we have received and inspected your return, an e-mail will be sent letting you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. *Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
